Maritime Lobster Rolls

Atlantic Canadian lobster rolls garnished with chives

Ingredients

One market lobster will make between 2 and 4 rolls.

  • One cooked, market-sized lobsters, diced
  • One celery stalk, sliced
  • 1 green onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed, dried
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Atlantic Bakers Bread & Roll Mix hot dog rolls
  • Lemon wedge, dill, chives (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combined mayo, dill weed, celery, and green onion
  2. Add lobster and mix well
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Split your hot dog roll and butter the inside
  5. Add lobster to the roll
  6. (Optional) add a slight squeeze of lemon juice and either fresh dill or chopped chives to the top and serve
